1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the AnnieFuchsia Achievements Twitch Extension ("Extension") or the broadcaster dashboard at achievements.anniefuchsia.com ("Dashboard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension or Dashboard.

2. Description of Service

AnnieFuchsia Achievements is a Twitch Extension that allows broadcasters to create and manage viewer achievements. Viewers earn achievements based on participation in streams — watching, chatting, subscribing, cheering, and other tracked activities. The service includes an extension panel visible to viewers and a broadcaster dashboard for configuration and management.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Twitch account to use the Extension. Broadcasters must authorize the Extension via Twitch OAuth. By using the service, you confirm that you meet Twitch's minimum age requirements and agree to comply with Twitch's Terms of Service.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

The Extension uses Twitch's identity system. Viewers may be asked to grant identity access to track individual progress. Broadcasters authenticate via Twitch OAuth to access the Dashboard. We do not create separate accounts or store passwords.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate achievement progress, leaderboards, or point totals through automated means
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, Dashboard, and all associated code, design, and content are owned by AnnieFuchsia Achievements. Broadcasters retain ownership of any custom achievement content they create (names, descriptions, icons). You may not copy or redistribute the service.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
