This Privacy Policy explains how AnnieFuchsia Achievements ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Twitch Extension and broadcaster dashboard at achievements.anniefuchsia.com.

We collect the following information through Twitch's APIs, Extension system, and service requests:

  • Twitch identity: your Twitch user ID and display name, provided when you grant identity access in the Extension or log in via Twitch OAuth
  • Stream activity data: events related to your participation in streams, including watch time, chat messages, subscriptions, cheers, raids, hype trains, predictions, polls, and channel point redemptions — used to evaluate achievement conditions
  • Service request data: IP addresses reported by our hosting and proxy providers when the Extension records a viewer session
  • Achievement progress: which achievements you have earned, your point totals, and leaderboard ranking
  • Broadcaster configuration: achievement definitions, categories, team membership, and settings created by broadcasters in the Dashboard

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Track and evaluate achievement progress based on stream activity
  • Display your achievements, points, and leaderboard position in the Extension
  • Provide broadcasters with analytics about achievement engagement
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the service

4. Third-Party Services

The service operates as a Twitch Extension and relies on Twitch's platform, APIs, and EventSub system. Your use of the Extension is also subject to Twitch's Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Achievement progress and leaderboard data are retained as long as the broadcaster's channel uses the Extension. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
